He is very transparent and will educate you about the entire process. Willing to answer any question or give you resources to help with answer to your question. He will go above and beyond working with you, talking to the bank and your HR team about what you are doing and even ask them questions about the documents they need from you and while on the phone with HR, He fax's the documents over. He did the same with the bank. Don't be afraid. I know it is difficult to trust people now a day but Kyle is very professional and trustworthy. Deal with him and experience what we've experienced. The process of buying our house was anything but painless, seeing as we had to do an FHA loan there was a bit more to the process than a conventional. Countless requests from the creditor & forms to fill out & just constant back & forth with them. Plus issues with the inspections & appraisal. I know for a fact that if there was something to be done, Kyle would do it that day, he doesn’t stop until it’s done, no matter the hour, & he doesn’t give up, if there’s a way to get your loan approved, Kyle will find it.
